2018 is here!

Hey there, we hope this post finds you happily recovering from a busy holiday season. We apologize for missing our December posts in the midst of the madness of Christmas, but now we have taken down the tree, thrown away the ripped up wrapping paper, and cleaned off our desks for new year of working to be the best jewelry store in Ocala.

January’s birthstone is garnet, a rich warm red stone that reminds us of deep happy affections and comfort. In appreciation of the beauty of garnet and those of us born in January, this month’s featured piece is a heart shaped garnet in a beautiful 18k white gold mounting. January’s Birthstone is Garnet

Happy New Year everyone! January’s birthstone is garnet, a stone displayed here in this 14k white gold and garnet ring with diamond accents. The checkerboard cut is popular in garnets and we really tried to show off its fancy facets.

Garnet has been inlaid as a gemstone since the bronze age. Its more commonly known for its dark red color, but it comes in a variety of other colors including green, purple, and even blue.
